Returnable Shopping Bag is very new, quite bold and strong statement, but a very good case example of how the idea was grown by customer & sales, built to a working concept with whole company behind it and it has truly been a high learning process for Lindström going from B2B to B2B/C.

Sustainability, “large” ears and willingness to pilot have been the key insights for us, in addition to getting on the ground with customers and end users and understanding the daily aspects how our practices change their life.

We are very proud as a company of our concepts and I am more than happy to tell our experiences and share the learnings.
